I am exactly seven weeks post op. I had 4 anchors placed and cam resection with both plasties. Was able to be off crutches completely at approx 4.5 weeks. Recovery has had its ups and downs. Definitely a non linear progression. Just had my second post op appointment and they said I am doing very good, checking my ROM and all that fun stuff...but then ...at the end they recommended I begin figure 4 or modified figure 4. She helped me into it and yikes I let out an audible OW! Been having pain with walking since. Ice and ibuprofen seem to calm it a little. Went back to one crutch today.

Anyone else have to temporarily go back to single crutch? I was crutch free for 2 weeks! Just feel angry about the whole thing.
