Hi everyone, was wondering if someone would be able to help me with my query. I have a Makita Sliding Mitre Compound Saw and was cutting mitres in some wood strips and forgot to move the aluminium fence, the blade cut clean straight through the fence. I know this happens and I’m overreacting but wanted to make sure the blade was ok. checked the teeth no visible damage but found this mark which I cannot tell if it’s a deep scratch or a surface crack. is there any way of knowing?
