Update nobody needs: thank to u/Chief_04 's suggestion, my cats injury is healing

They suggested that I cut a sock that covers her neck, it helps with her worst scratches and stops her from licking it or scratching it. I gave her a bath to clean her injury and let her dry off before putting her stylish clothes back on. Thanks a lot to everyone who gave me suggestions :)
