Hi all,

I need to create and edit a password protected document in google drive. It needs to be edited by two people. I can't see a way to create a password on a google docs, and when I upload and try to open and edit a password protected word document I get the following message:

"Opening this document in Edit mode will remove the password. To keep the password, open it in Preview mode"

Is there any way to have a password protected document that can be edited by two people? Downloading and re-saving is not an option.
