Last week I went for my consultation with a very reputable plastic surgeon in Milwaukee. I do have nasal allergies and I do have swollen turbanites but I can still breathe. So that really isn't my issue this is more of a cosmetic thing with my nose. He told me that he would push them out meaning out fracture which I don't want. I told him that. I don't want any chance of ENS as I suffered a long time with hypo and anosomia after COVID-19 for almost a year and it was traumatic for me. I know there are some surgeons that are willing to just do the surgery without touching the turbanites whatsoever. Does anyone know of any surgeons in Wisconsin or the Twin cities that they would recommend?

ISO VIZIO IR SENSOR BOARD# 3637-0022-0189 (0171-1671-0892). My remote sensor went out several years ago on my 3D Vizio, based on YouTube videos they made it seem like it was impossible to replace. Had I known that it was just a simple swap out of a part I would have just ordered the part back when it was available. Now the buttons on the side are no longer working except for the input buttons. No menu no volume and no power off and eventually I'm going to burn out the screen. I've been leaving it on 24/7 for at least 3 years now I'm desperate to find that replacement part. I would even buy an old TV that was compatible. If anyone has one of these models available and or they're willing to remove the remote sensor I can certainly arrange payment and payment because I need this part. TIA
