Is this part of ADHD?

Iv been diagnosed with ADHD but i don't know if that causes the rest of my mental problems, when I was a kid I couldn't stand certain numbers and if i turned my pc on at a certain time I had to restart it over and over again until it was on a "Right" number, this took over my life in a big way and i had to walk in and out of rooms a certain or a "Right" way or turn light switches on and off until everything was ok, this eventually led to stupid things like masturbating if i finished at a certain time and it was the wrong time id have to go again and this eventually started to hurt a lot it wasn't just that either it was part of almost all things in my life and it ruined everything I couldn't have fun or anything, I thought this was gone until recently (36 now) and it's come back with game settings I have to switch through certain settings until it "Feels right" I don't really know what this is but i don't want it to start taking over my life again like it did when I was a young kid, does anyone else have anything like this? It is mainly time but i remember being a kid it could be touch to if someone touched me i HAD to touch them back on the opposite side of where they touched me with the opposite hand or nothing would feel right, i can't really explain the feeling but i kind of assume there is something else underlying other than ADHD, thank you.

Also id like to add the reason iv made this post is because I think it's back and getting worse recently when iv been playing games with friends and family I need to know what settings they have turned on and off to the point it starts to hurt mentally if i don't know and they keep asking me why i need to know and i keep having to make stupid excuses up, cheers
