Sunday my monitor (AW3423DW) stopped working. The lights still turn on, the power button lights up, and the PC still recognizes it, but the screen itself is dark. No input search, self test, or anything like that shows up.

Followed the troubleshooting guidelines and swapped out cords, power sources, and all is normal - it's not a cord or PC issue.

When I reached out to Dell (purchased direct) for a warranty replacement (2ish years into a 3 year warranty) they claimed it was "physical internal damage" and not covered because ....there's circular dust patterns on the screen. Nothing touched the monitor between it working and not so I have no idea what they're talking about.

The warranty team is firm on their decision and is giving me nothing, and aren't offering anything besides "it's plug and play so can't be repaired, here's the sales teams contact".

What other options do I have to get this fixed under warranty? I don't believe microcenter repairs monitors and I don't expect a credit card dispute to be successful from this far back, which were my only ideas.
