A few days ago I started my Mini 4 Pro from a big flat but slightly slanted rock beside a small stream, made my flight and came back. I initiated the landing by pressing down the joystick and waited for the drone to land.
As it touched the rock it started sliding sideways in the direction of the edge of the rock and the motors did not turn off immediately. It moved further and further to the edge and I ran behind the drone to save it from falling into the water but was too slow. It dropped into the water and I had to pull it out again.
After drying three days it is still flying and recording but the Gimbal has a defect.
I have DJI Care on the drone. Would you say this case is covered by DJI Care? And how should I hand it in to the support?
