Around 5pm today, 5/13 at Harmony and Weitzel, I was across the street and started filming when the Timnath cop grabbed the woman who had cotton candy for sale. Had to make the left turn and then turned around and went back.

Looking for other witnesses and anyone else with video. By the time I got back, it seemed like the other people who were filming had left.

She was issued a court summons.
