Is this intimate felt piano sound actually coming from the Crumar Seven? Are there any electric pianos with decent felt pianos with adjustable hammer/key sounds?

Crumar Seven Felt Piano?

I can't find any demo videos of it with this piano sound.

Are there any digital pianos with this kind of intimate, felt piano sound with integrated mechanical sounds?

Please can someone give me a step by step / bullet points of what to include in a witness statement for a s15 claim.

Is there a recommended structure / order?

Should you link it key documents?

How do you demonstrate injury to feelings etc. meaningfully?

If you intend to ask for ACAS uplift, should the grievence process be included?

Should my time limitation statement be included as part of this statement or should that be submitted seperately leading up to the hearing?

I remember someone on the other sub mentioning that that youhave to include everything that you want to cross examine R on - but I can't quite remember how this all relates, or I have misremembered this.

Thanks.

Legals.

On the back of a comment I read earlier…

Is it acceptable to just pick up the phone and talk settlement with R’s solicitor?

Is there any benefit in doing this?

I already have a very reasonable bottom line, we’re really not far off in the scheme of things… but the never ending WP emails, final offer bluffs and the rest do get tedious.

R’s rep has always been happy to engage in settlement discussions, but they are obviously trying to keep settlement as low as possible, as is their job.

Would picking up the phone and having a chat help?

Any advice/strategies?

What is the position where a claimant:

  • Uses up the whole 3 month initial time period trying to investigate to avoid putting in a speculative claim, but all facts are withheld by R;
  • Notified ACAS in time, the day before the deadline;
  • Follows the EC process, whilst continuing to seek information;
  • Receives certificates from ACAS and with the instruction to file by 1 month;
  • Continues to investigate to avoid a speculative claim;
  • Files claim on the 1 month deadline following EC cert.

Is the claim in time or out of time?

If it is out of time, why?

FWIW, R's position is that, because EC hadn't officially started by the day of the initial time period deadline, even though I had submitted to ACAS, that the claim is automatically out of time.

Is there any merit to R's argument?
