I just wanna take a moment and appreciate the fact that waiting for judge Kobick was worth it. She will most likely grant PI for other plaintiffs too (now from both Hacking and McBean cases) and she was the first to speak of negative factor.

I am truly happy that they also set a tight deadline for government to fight TWO lawfirms now. The government will be helpless.

things are finally taking a turn for the better. guys have hope and stay positive (this comes from someone who was severely mentally impacted by the delays)
