Im 18 with 8 months on my license, im looking to apply to a role at royal mail and you dont have to put in a CV, but I would like to know as this is my first time applying to a job with a CV, ( I have had many other jobs before just not had to make a CV) How would I maximise my chances of getting in to Royal Mail, and if you have any useful advice please dm me. I know that it is a hard job but its fine for me I just need some advice thank you
