Anyone with Elite 2.0 also receiving the 20% discount for bundling with Fiber? $60 for the plan isn’t too bad.

The Office Of The President didn’t even know 😅

Over the years one line has used the upgrade from another and vice versa. We were told at time of upgrade this didn’t matter because all AT&T plans provide the same discount and, even if it someday didn’t, they would be able to fix it in their backend system.

Now that AT&T doesn’t give the same/equal EIP promotions to all existing unlimited plans, we have 4 lines (6 total) that need EIPs swapped. I submitted a ticket with the BBB to discuss with the Office of The President and the lady, while kind, assured me this is something they cannot do.

Reaching out to Reddit to see if this is accurate or if she simply didn’t know how and if there were other questions I should ask.
