Hey everyone, just wanted to see if anyone has experienced this issue with their Curv 2 Pro.
One of my two mop pads consistently fails to lift. It goes down fine while mopping, but never comes back up when I pause cleaning or switch to vacuum-only mode. The weird thing is, it does lift sometimes when the robot detects a carpet, so the mechanism itself isn't completely dead.
The problem always occurs with the same mop pad (flexi arm mop), which rules out a mounting issue.
What I've tried so far:
- Reattached both mop pads multiple times
- Restarted the robot
- Factory reset
None of it helped. I've recorded a video clearly showing the defect. Does anybody know how to fix it?
