So i’m currently in Prague and i was quite surprised to see that about every gym i would go to has communal shower. I’m from France and needless to say this is not the norm at all in my country, quite the opposite. I was also surprised at first that everybody was naked, which again is def not the norm in France. Felt shy at first but got naked too and it felt sooo natural and empowering to be naked aroung other men and to feel like nudity isn’t a big deal at all. Even as far as body confidence goes it def gave me a boost. Wish I could stay in Prague now !
