Modesto/Riverbank has really changed since I was in middle school. When I'm driving around town there are so many people with nice expensive cars. A lot of my family and friends work in healthcare mainly as doctors/nurses. Very good household income, but they aren't driving expensive cars. It makes me wonder if a lot of these people don't know how to manage their finances or they have really good jobs. It feels like every time I drive around town I see someone driving a 60k+ car.

There so much talk about affordability and rising costs, but I'm not seeing that in Modesto. Maybe it's just the places I visit, but the restaurants I visit during the weekends are always packed. Am I the only one that's noticing these things?
