Newbie here, deciding whether to buy or lease. I know this a hard to debate question, current 0-1 APR on finance is hard to beat, but if I understand correctly, the residual value of Model Y is about 62-65% after 3 years which seems pretty high given how fast the EVs depreciated these days. Maybe this dominates the APR difference?

I plan driving Tesla for a while but can see new hardware coming out soon, maybe repeated leasing is not bad either?
