Please lend a hand getting my sprinkler system started. Any help is greatly appreciated.
I have not been able to get the system started and I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. All pictures are taken with the street towards the top of the photo.
All four bleeder valves are closed.
Blue valves were found at a 45° but then opened.
Realistically, all the black levers with all the wires are probably in different positions, but mostly open IF I was able to rotate them.
I’ve watched 100 videos and it seems like my valves with the blue handles and bleeders are usually attached to the house, but I have nothing like that and nothing that has that bell thing on the top.
I can’t find anything that seems like it pertains to the system in the crawlspace.
There is sometimes as electrical hum coming from the box in the front yard.

The first picture is in the front yard closest to the street.
Second picture is about three feet closer to the house.
Third is front of the yard but near the edge of the property
Fourth and fifth are in the backyard next to the garage.
