so basically to start i’ve been trying to get my hands on an xbox 360 slim. i try to get the system off of facebook marketplace, ebay, and amazon. all of these methods failed when it came to shipping time. so i went on the gamestop website and to my luck they have xbox 360s in stock. so i schedule one for pick up. so meanwhile im waiting to get a text or email or website update that says its ready for pickup. but nope i dont get anything except a cancellation email that says i didnt pick it up on time. so then i try to order same day shipping on the website but everytime i press the same day option it would just reload the website. so i waited until 7 or 8 pm (ik its past the deadline for same day) and i was expecting the order to come next day aka today like the email and website said. however i woke up today and the website says it was shipped and will likely come by 8pm. however, i then check the website again and i have a usps shipping notification that my label has been created and that the package was to be expected by the 5TH OF MAY. that’s 10 days away and i paid extra for it to come today!!! keep in mind im paying 163 dollars for a game stop serviced xbox 360 slim with no extra games. is this a normal thing and what should i do?
