Just got lvl13 on my second playthrough in forbidden west and I'm doing the quest where you have to find Poseidon, Demeter and aether. I'm struggling a bit in the new area where you go for aether. Should I do side quests first? Should I reach the recommended lvl first?

I'm in the desert of beginning and I'm kinda struggling. I got the wizard set except the chestplate that's where I got the wizard robe (I think) and I got the galaxies work bench and anvil but whenever I go into the biome I almost immediately die due to the high dmg and I keep myself barricaded all the time. What do you recommend?
