Honestly, the Best Indian food i ever had literally the true authentic flavorful taste of India from Mint Leaf Indian Bistro Salem Oregon. Simply WOW

Hello, i travel and review food and post reviews to help communities and people as a mission. I’ve been to this restaurant about five times now, and every single visit has been consistently incredible honestly, it feels like the flavors get even better every time. Huge respect and appreciation to Chef Jodhvindher Singh, a true master chef who puts real passion into every dish.

Some of my absolute all time favorites:

Manchego Cheese Chili Naan, Peshwari Naan, Chicken Korma, Lamb Korma, Butter Chicken

And for dessert/drinks: Mango Lassi, Carrot Halwa, Rasmalai

What I love most is that the food isn’t just “spicy” for the sake of it, it’s full of authentic, rich flavor. The aroma alone is amazing, and every dish tastes thoughtfully crafted and genuinely authentic.

If you’re ever traveling from Portland to Bend, Crater Lake, Silver Falls, or anywhere nearby, make a stop in Salem, Oregon, this place is absolutely worth it. Plenty of parking, friendly staff, great service, and hands down some of the best Indian food in town. Even if there’s a wait, trust me, it’s worth every minute.
