I’m curious to know if anyone uses their Freewrite for purposes other than drafting books?

Does anyone ever experience this buzzing energy in their body or maybe just feel somewhat energized but have 0 desire to do anything at all. I’m so restless, and I feel like I have to get this energy out but nothing appeals to me. Not even the things I like so I just find myself pacing and driving myself insane. I’ve tried to force myself but I can’t seem to get anything done.
