Im 18w+5 and this week my feet have started throbbing out of no where. Usually I’m getting my 10k steps plus working out (cardio, strength, boxing w/ bag) but I’ve been gravitating towards workouts where I can sit (rowing, biking) and reducing my steps because of the pain.
Anyone have any tips for how to reduce or prevent foot pain? I have high arches so I’m already particular about good arch support, never walking barefoot, etc. Thanks!
