Hi I've made a large payment £900 to buy a gold sovereign to give my son on his 18th birthday. Now on to the question when uc ask me for bank statements an see this large amount of money withdrawn will that seem dubious to them will they ask me what I brought? If I have to explain I brought a gold sovereign will that raise a red flag thanks for any advice
