he doesn't like texting
i've (20f) told him (25m) before that i love texting, how it makes me feel connected to him. we aren't able to call often, like once or twice a week at most, so texting is our only choice. except that we barely even text. i don't really feel loved because of our lack of texting.
he doesn't believe texting is real and he doesn't think that it's possible to connect with someone else through text. (we literally met through text?? but okay)
i put in the effort to call him when i can. i would usually rather text because i feel awkward calling sometimes and i hate my voice, but i do it anyway because i love him!!!! i feel like my love isnt reciprocated because he doesn't put effort into texting.
the only time when he's texting back and forth with no delay is when we're sexting. not when i'm trying to have a regular conversation with him.
does anyone else face this?
