I'm new to this, and I'm looking for shoes that will have a long lasting cushion. I was looking at this thread (https://www.reddit.com/media?url=https%3A%2F%2Fi.redd.it%2Fank11u5034671.png). Do shoes with only the EVA foam last for a shorter period of time? Should I be looking for shoes with air units? I've read that they last until the air units pop. Thanks!

I'm trying to use the runner's loop for a more secure fit, but the eyelets on the KD 18 is kind of weird, and I can't seem to get it tight enough. Are there any other ways to get a more secure fit?
