My soon to be ex (m) left the state (mn) , in what was either a manic episode or he’s a narcissist.
But he had been paying $300 a week for our 3 kids.
He’s upset I’m not all in on sending our 2 &4 yr old to visit him in another state for 2 full months.
So now he’s decided to withhold chid support and when I asked said he would forward my request to his layers.
He was controlling when we were together and emotionally abusive.
I’m trying to stay calm - (breathing) he’s just trying to punish me and continue to manipulate and now also financially abuse me. Legal counsel wouldn’t advise him to not pay child support?!??
I started gathering my info to formally file the support papers on Monday.
He literally left us and moved 7 states away, and says he going to file for full custody. He hasn’t seen them since March.
