REI Big Haul 40 Replacement Straps?
I bought a 40 L big haul duffel from REI several years ago, and it’s in great shape considering I use it frequently for travels and skiing. But I lost one of the two handle straps two years ago so I can only use the side handles or a cheap shoulder strap I had lying around. I tried to get a replacement strap from REI, but they said I could only get one if someone returned a similar duffel to my local store.
Does anyone know where I could get a replacement for the exact strap or a similar replacement strap that would be compatible with this duffel?
