S2E21: What is the connection between affairs and autoimmune diseases?

In "18th and Potomac," the lawyer asks Abby (sorry, DR. BARTLETT) if she asked the president, while treating him for MS, whether he had had extramarital affairs. He said this was crucial information when treating someone with an autoimmune disease. What did he mean?

Apologies if this has been asked and answered here before. If it has, I wasn't able to find it.

I'm not tall, but every time we're on heavy springs my shoulders jam up against the reformer blocks. This happens even when I've scooted down a few inches as directed by the teacher. Looking for something to help me stay put (and yes, I wouldn't mind a barrier between me and the well-used headrest either).

Does anyone have a non-slip towel, pad, or other type of cover they can recommend?
