Newbie stressing over a new piercing

Heya! Help a poor overthinker out because it's too late at night to call my piercer anymore hahah

So... I got my first ever piercings about 30 hours ago now, angel fangs (ASTM F136 titanium, internally threaded, and uh... long enough that both ends stick out even if my lip is fully swollen? I couldn't remember nor find the correct measurements rn ^^')
Cleaning routine is warm water and saline solution every morning and night, +an additional rinse/saline wipe if I've eaten something messier.

Now, a few hours ago the other side got accidentally snagged a little as I was wiping hair off my face a bit too hastily, didn't hurt much but it did start bleeding a little. Cleaned it up with water and a bit of saline and dried it gently, but ever since it's been slooowly bleeding pretty much non-stop. Like, if I keep my lips closed for even a moment, I'll have to dab off a small drop of blood from my lower lip. Little bit has also pooled up from the top. There's no redness around it otherwise though.
I do have medication that makes my blood a bit thinner as a side effect, which means it tends to take slightly longer for any bleeding to stop in general, but 3-ish hours is starting to make me a bit too worried already to just keep telling myself that obviously new piercings bleed, especially if irritated.

Should I keep cleaning the blood out...? Should I just let it bleed for now to not constantly irritate it more...? Did I only now as of writing this realize I could've maybe put something cold on it....? (Is it too late for that??)

Sorry for the ramble, I just want my new pride and joy to heal up as well as possible and I'm overly anxious about doing anything wrong🙏
