Hey everyone,

First time leasing a vehicle, so I’m still learning how Leasing 101 actually works.

I’m looking at a 2026 Hyundai Palisade Ultimate Calligraphy (flexible on colour, standard km allowance).

I’m not the strongest negotiator and I’m getting wildly different numbers from dealers, so I wanted to sanity‑check expectations with people who’ve done this before. Im located in ON, Canada.

From your experience:

- What’s considered a good / fair monthly payment for this trim

- On a 36‑month vs 48‑month lease

- Assuming Tier 1 credit, $0 down, and all‑in monthly pricing (taxes & fees included)

I’m less concerned about squeezing out the absolute last dollar and more about knowing whether a quote is reasonable or way out of line.

Appreciate any real‑world examples or advice.
