Is it time to stop, does it even make sense trying again?

I just don’t know what to do. I’m googling, chatGPT-Ing and non-stop thinking trying to figure out what is the next step. Try again or somehow try to accept that I will never be a mum.

Note: all cycles ICSI, our clinic (Barbados) does not offer AOA Calcium Ionophore.

First cycle: age 38, 7 retrieved, 3 fertilized, 0 blastocyst

Second cycle: age 38, 13 retrieved, total fertilization failure Zymot

Third cycle: age 38, 8 retrieved, 3 blastocyst, 1 euploid

Fourth cycle: age 39, 12 retrieved, 6 fertilized, 3 blastocyst, 1 euploid

Fifth cycle: age 39, 16 follicles, 11 retrieved, 4 fertilized, 1 blastocyst, aneuploid

First FET: 2BC, day 6, euploid, negative

Second FET: 2BC, day 6, inconclusive, negative
