This was at NE 10th and Knott. Was walking up 10th, and this guy pulled up, stopped and watched me no less than 3 times. I didn’t say anything, just turned around and took a right down Knott where he proceeded to pull up and tell me that he was neighborhood and that I was all good. I was honestly dumbfounded and just asked him if he really follows random people at night, and he was all “yeah anybody who looks suspicious.”

I walk up and down these streets all the time and have never had anything like this happen. I’m genuinely perplexed and was wondering if anybody else has encountered this dude or others like him lol
