How is the ranged top meta possible? What changed?
And why can't they nerf those changes? If I faced vayne or varus top some seasons ago it was annoying, but my jungle would also have an easy time ganking and enemy team would lose out on haveing some frontline. Now it's like it doesn't matter. Is it the respawn time?
