So I am currently doing c25k and my road has a lot of hills which causes me to struggle completing the intervals. Would it be a good idea to just keep grinding with hills, or should I do somewhere flatter until I’m a better runner. I understand hills are going to be a challenge since I’m new to running I just am hoping to understand what a good plan of action would be. Thanks in advance!

Why do some people have the logic of reusing to use the aco but when they go to the register they want to act bothered by you. It’s like if you don’t want to deal with me asking for extra care number, if you wanna use coupons, etc, then go to the self check out. It’s just a weird mentality to me.

I like to keep to myself shopping but if I go to a person I at least acknowledge them and am courteous considering I CHOSE to go to them.
