so I was just approached about possibly being on a plan shortly if I don’t improve performance, however my previous OM did nothing to showcase my talent during previous performance reviews and they are no longer with AMAZON/PIPED out. (says everything there). Not sure if I want to just go ahead throw in the towel and take the pay/start new and move the family or continue to give it my all. Going on 4 years - Current L5.
