Asked to hold item until paycheck hits
This is not coming from a place of judgement, but genuine concern. I have been asked to hold items ranging from $5-20 dollars. If you cannot afford the item without waiting for your next paycheck, you cannot afford the item. And honestly, I feel bad accepting your money.
Has anyone else experienced this?
