We Indians are more noisy than we should be. We are so heavily populated, yet I find many people talking, laughing, playing music , watching reels on full volume.We definitely put loud speakers on tall towers. We honk. We don't care if it's a hospital, library, public transport, or public places. We don't care if some of us are noise sensitive, trying to concentrate, meditate or mourn, we simply don't care for others.

I don't know if by talking louder message get conveyed more clearly or what.?
