I’m an independent B2B IT contractor originally from Eastern Europe, currently based in GMT+7 (Vietnam). This timezone positions me perfectly to cover the day shift for Australian MSPs, or the graveyard/after-hours shifts for US and UK-based businesses.
I understand that when scaling a remote team, the biggest priorities are seamless communication and independent problem-solving. My approach is built on a Western engineering mindset, native-level English communication, and a dedication to proactive troubleshooting, meaning less hand-holding and fewer escalations for your senior staff.
I am pivoting into enterprise IT after nearly a decade in ESL education and management. This background means I know how to handle stressed clients, de-escalate situations, and explain technical issues clearly to non-technical end-users.

- Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure: Running an enterprise-grade homelab on a Proxmox hypervisor. Currently integrating on-prem AD with Azure (Entra ID) and enrolling endpoints into Intune (currently grinding through MD-102 labs and preparing to take the exam end of this month).
