9 months of Estrogen. Yap feast
Almost 9 months on estrogen. THATS CRAZY, ITS BEEN THAT LONG ALREADY? Well, I should probably just yap, mostly cause I feel a need to. Turns out my dad is supportive, so ykw, YAYYYY, sadly my mom isn’t, and omg I got to go to prom and homecoming as a girl and that is an experience I’m forever indebted to risking it and coming out while young. I’ve been so incredibly happy, while I live in a heavily conservative part of the United States, people who don’t know me use she/her on their first instinct and I get miss and ma’am including by older folk and it still brings so much happiness to my day. Sure it isn’t all whimsy; I had a kid today during graduation walks ask if “that was a boy?” But then a little girl next to him said after inspection of me, “no, there’s no way, that’s a girl” which was both saddening and happiness all in one moment, but yay, I can sometimes pass? And I mean, I get she/her and called miss in like my non-femme fits and I’m so thankful. My partner is a huge thanks and help on my transition and now I’m getting ready for my high school graduation as valedictorian and president, and a FRICKING GIRL!!! I get to go to college at an Ivy League school as a GIRL! I’m so thankful for this world and I hope this gives others some hope!
