Strange issues with new tires, nobody knows what’s wrong

Hey everyone.

A month ago now my car was driving perfectly, zero issues (2016 Scion FRS, manual 58k miles) I hit a nail in the sidewall and had to replace the tire. From that moment the issues began and persist now.

At first the car was unsafe to drive really at all because it was pulling badly left and right, couldn’t take it above 35mph because the pull was so bad.

First step replace the other rear drive tire; now I have two new tires both on the drive end. Same issue. So I replace the remaining two tires, now all of the tires are new (checked that sizes match the door sticker, rear brand is Falken front is sumitomo) Shop says my front struts and rear CV axel are shot, get a second opinion and they say they’re completely fine. (Which makes sense because the car WAS fine)

Get an alignment, issue improves slightly but still pretty bad. Get the tires rotated, then rotated again, then rebalanced. Get a second alignment, find out the first alignment wasn’t done correctly but now it should be fine. The issue is better and car is stable up until 85mph, then the wobble returns.

I’m just not sure what else it could be, at this point I have four new tires with matching PSI and two alignments, balance checks, direction on the tires checks out. What could be causing my car to wobble like this?

Fender liner blew off on the highway, went a couple days without and got this AM one delivered today. Decided I never want to deal with that again so use u clips/bolts, the fitment of the AM one was 95% fine but it does have some ripples and the top plastic clip hole didn’t line up so that’s missing. Overall does this look secure? How critical is that top most clip? Am I over thinking it?

Working on this replacement badge for the front and rear, I designed the emblem as a flat image though so I’m having some challenges getting this converted into something I can either 3D print or send to some suppliers I do this sort of stuff with at work. Using work connections is kind of a last resort though, if anyone here is 3D savvy and has suggestions for a semi painless workflow I can use to get this thing into the physical realm I’d appreciate it. Hope you got a chuckle in the meantime
