How do I rebuild myself and reach 9-10 LPA?

I’m 28 and honestly feel stuck in life right now.

Currently earning around 5 LPA. I’ve worked in multiple companies in support, collections, client handling, API related work etc. Because of switching jobs and unstable situations, my profile feels messy and I don’t know what direction to take anymore.

Financially also struggling. Have some debt and bad loan decisions which made things worse mentally. Sometimes I feel motivated to improve, sometimes completely lost and numb.

The biggest issue is I genuinely don’t know what skill to focus on anymore.

I see people around me moving into tech, data, cloud, product, customer success, earning good packages, speaking confidently, networking properly while I still feel stuck in survival mode.

I know I can work hard. I handle pressure well, customers well, and I learn fast on the job. But I feel like I missed building a strong career path.

I want to realistically grow from 5 LPA to around 9-10 LPA.

For people who were in a similar situation help me find a way to short this out and focus on my career.

Which skills actually helped you grow?

Do certifications really help boost career?
