So a few months back I was looking for some cool stuff to add to my collection. I ended up driving an hour and a half to check out a guitar from a preacher who was a casual collector. The guitar I went to see wasn't what I ended up taking home. Instead, I bought two guitars, both made in 2010/2011, and they'd been sitting in their cases untouched since they were bought. Plus, they both had all the original case candy.

I got them for a really sweet price. I honestly felt a little bad about what I paid, but it wasn't because I haggled; it was just what he offered initially. I bought them instantly!

Here's the first one, and the one I have the most questions about. It's a PRS Experience Edition, and they only made 200 of them, with just 50 in this specific color. I'm really curious about getting it appraised. Like I said, it had never been played until I got it home and absolutely couldn't resist trying it out. Here are the specs: I know it has the 59/09 pickups that were hand-wound with wire from the same machine that made the original wire for the pickups. It's truly a beautiful guitar, and this particular color was the most sought-after out of the four colors used for the 200 made.

So, what do you guys think? Did I find a gem or what?

So I meet up with this preacher who was kind of hard up for some money and I was meeting him to buy a completely unrelated guitar, and ended up walking away with these 2 , a 2011 prs experience edition that only 200 made in all and only f 50 in this green abalone finish, on top of that neither one has been taken out the case since purchase and both included

I got the 2 at a very reasonable price. The other was a lp custom shop axcess without the tremlo which apparently is also somewhat rare.
