I’ve been on Trintellix for 1 1/2 years, notice some areas of like dry raised spots here & there

I wake up with anxiety in morning, took a .25mg of lorazepam but maybe it was too low a dose, didn’t seem to help much, but don’t want to rely on that.

I’ve tried 10mg for 8 weeks Feb-April, didn’t work out for me, would like to come off this medication completely. On 15mg Mirtazapine at night for 3 years now

I wake with anxiety, then after a couple hours I feel better. Sometimes I take .25mg lorazepam in the early morning hours, but don’t want to rely on that.
