I have a 7 and 5.5 year old daughter who like to watch tv in the am before going to school and for awhile I only would let them watch YouTube if the video fell under certain conditions (music, crafting, drawing, artsy stuff ya know?) but there’s a lot of bs on there where it’s just parents exploiting their kids and no matter what it would somehow pop up so I eventually just banned YouTube.

But then I noticed those same videos all in the light of Ryan’s Playhouse where it’s just over the top everything. And they were on the Roku kids tv apps so I removed that, and now they are on Netflix???? “Salish and Jordan Matter” in this instance.

Anyone else notice this? And is there a certain genre this is actually called so I can filter it easier?
