Decidual cast?
23f diagnosed with pcos recently and started metformin and spironolactone 3 months ago to help with prolonged spotting. I also get my monthly periods in between the spotting.
Last night about 1am I got up from bed and had a rush of blood come out of me like crazy. Keep in mind I don’t get my period for another 6 days
At 4am I had slight pain and thought I just needed to pee. As I get up after wiping I look into the toilet and see this which kinda shocked me but I can’t tell if it’s just a blood clot or the decidual cast? I’ve never had this happen to me especially this shape. I’ve had blood clots before but never like this.
Has anyone else experienced this? I also apologize in advance for this bad photo. Waking up at 4 am to this and trying to take a photo was difficult lol
