I’ve been experiencing an issue recently with all of my prints. I’ve tried different filaments, including the one shown in the photo, which I dried for 5 hours at 50°C (eSUN PLA+), as well as regular PLA from Bambu Lab. There is consistently a popping sound during the first second of extrusion, but no further popping afterward.

My printer is an Ender 3 V3 Plus, and I am using stock settings in Creality Print slicer. Overall, the final prints come out very well, but occasionally the walls have small defects or tiny imperfections.

Nozzle 0.4mm temp 220°C
And bed temp 60-65°C
Every thing else is default settings for Ender 3v 3 plus which prints at 600ms
