How much advantage do i have as an indian non-engineer woman?

Hello 😇
Hi currently F24, have 1.5 yoe.
10 months in ops.
8 months and running as recruitment coordinator.
I want to switch into HRBP. So seeking advice. And i know that mbas need min 3 years, so ill complete 3 years before admission.
I want to switch roles into HRBP.
People Analytics
Total Rewards / C&B
Org Design / Workforce Planning
HR Tech Implementation - these are some of the roles that command high salaries.
I have started preparing for gmat, since it takes time. I wanted to know how competitive my profile is. And im targetting Europe mostly. And if i get good scholarship, from USA, i can consider but i m concerned about the h1b visa situation there.
Any advice would be appreciated on how to leverage my profile better!
Thank you
Mostly i see, engineering indian men with high scores, that scares me a bit😅
