Sedgwick? Maybe not?
I was supposed to work Saturday, but Friday night going to bed I came down with a fever and symptoms got worse through the day. Today in fear of all my symptoms saying meningitis(minus stiff neck), I went to Urgent care to get a better idea of what I’m dealing with. Doctor told me to go to the ER if it’s still the same after a few days and gave me a note saying I’m not permitted to return until Wednesday. Do I just contact management and let them know this, or do I contact Sedgwick to make sure I’m not jeopardizing my position? For reference this was my 7th call off and I’m only 10 days from my 1st one falling off. I didn’t want to call off but I could barely walk and knew I would be of zero help at work. Any direction would be appreciated thanks
