Noom GLP-1 for 6-8 lbs?
I’m 126 lbs, 5’5” female, 28 YO. Extremely active, consistently exercising 5-6x week and eat mainly organic/natural foods with a snack here and there. I have been stuck at this weight and trying to lose 6-8 pounds, particularly in the lower belly region but have been struggling for months. I’m getting married in September, so I’m looking to make a decision rather soon.
I began considering Noom’s option because I’ve used it for food tracking and wondering if this is even worth it. Reading such mixed reviews. I appreciate insight - and please be gentle, I’m a novice at this subject and don’t know much! :)
